Information we collect
When you contact us through the contact form or apply through our careers page, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, location and message.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to answer your enquiry, provide a quote, perform services you order or process your application. Processing is based on your consent, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, a contract and legal obligations (such as accounting for RUT deductions).
Retention
We keep the information for as long as necessary for its purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months, and applications within 6 months after recruitment ends, unless otherwise agreed.
Recipients
Your information may be processed by our IT, web and email service providers as data processors. We never sell your information.
Cookies and statistics
If you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure how the website is used, for example which pages are visited. The data is pseudonymised and may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, no statistics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
